About myself
I have always been hugely passionate about property since childhood. My first exposure to the industry came from my grandfather, who was the director of a holding company that was heavily involved in real estate, and when he retired he befriended his next door neighbor who ran a construction company around Cheshire and Staffordshire and were always doing projects when I went to visit as a child. My goal is to continue that legacy by growing Finlay Harris Developments from the small company we currently are into a well regarded brand in both the Home Counties, where I grew up and in the North West, where my family are from.
Our Projects
We are regularly introduced to development opportunities across the Home Counties which have planning permission already in place and are ready to build out. We cater to the premium residential market, with the majority of developments being design-led family-oriented houses in highly sought after locations.

You would be investing in a project that already has planning permission approved. Normally this is the greatest risk in a development.

We are fully transparent and are happy to answer any queries our investors may have, as well as share financial appraisals of our projects.
We are also offering anybody who is interested in working with us the chance to come on a site visit to a development that is currently being built out, so you can meet myself and my business partner and see first hand the high quality that we can deliver on our projects.
